Solar Corona Images

Lasco C2 Images Courtesy SOHO, NASA, ESA & your American Tax dollars which pay for most of these organizations

 

The sun was  mostly mundane during the month of December. There was more activity after the supposed historical flare than during. When they don't want you to see something, they either add noise or block off part of the image. The only notable activity was at the very end of December but apparently not noteworthy by SOHO.
